Certain details and requests are very specific. Applications that are incomplete or that are received without the required attachments will be discarded.
Please note: You must be in business and active in the SGC national shop database for one full year to qualify.
NOTE: You will NOT be able to submit the application online after it is completed.
Instead, you must print the completed printer friendly version of the application and then send it in by mail along with the requested photographs, insurance certificate, and training certificate.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Your application packet should include the completed application, and the three items referenced below.
[1] Photographs: The SGC Network requests that you supply the following photographs.
- MOBILE ONLY SHOPS:
- a photograph of your business vehicle, showing the company name or logo.
- ALL OTHERS:
- a photograph of your business vehicle, showing the company name or logo.
- a photograph or your storefront, clearly and legibly showing the company name.
TO PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THIS DOCUMENT VIA FAX!
[2]CERTIFICATE OF COMMERCIAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.
Potential network members must carry at least $500,000 in general commercial liability coverage. Please attach a copy of your current certificate of insurance, verifying your coverage amounts and policy expiration date. This is non-negotiable. This standard applies to all shops regardless of size, number of personnel, or service capabilities.
