New features have been added which will streamline your invoice and referral searches when using the website!
Expanded date range search for Open Referrals to 6 months.
We have expanded the date range for the open referral search to encompass a 6 month span, instead of the previous 30 day parameter.
Expanded search criteria for referrals and invoices.
New fields have been added to the list of search options! In addition to searching by your invoice number or the referral #, you may now search by -
- Insured name (last, first)
- Home phone number (incl. area code)
- Work phone number (incl. area code)
- Referrals by insurance company
Alert messages have been upgraded to allow access to more comprehensive details.
Previous alert messages notified you of existing Open Referrals and Rejected Invoices which were in excess of 30 days old.
- The newly revised alerts now contain links to actual listings of the jobs in question. Clicking on the embedded link will allow you to easily access these list, right from your Welcome page !
