Contact information was recently added to the work orders which are sent by Safelite Solutions when a job is assigned to your shop. The phone and fax number for our SHOP CARE department can now be found in the upper right hand corner of the document. Internet contact details are listed along the bottom edge, with the SGCNetwork.com site address listed to the lower left. The e-mail addresses for Pricing Approval and Shop Care are listed to the center and lower right. These details serve as quick references should you need to contact us regarding billing or a payment.

Additionally, a special feature has been added for those shops who chose to receive SGC work orders via e-mail ! Convenient hyperlinks have been added to the document's e-mail addresses which will cue your e-mail program when clicked on. By simply holding your cursor over the selected e-mail address, then left-clicking - Outlook users will find that their e-mail program automatically primes an outgoing message! Type your request in the body of the message and press SEND!

This feature may also work for those who do not utilize Microsoft Outlook, depending on the current options set up in your computer.

Your system administrator may provide further guidance and instruction should you wish to alter those settings.
