Q: Where do the faxes issue to - the shop or the parent (home office) account?
A: Faxes are issued to the fax number of the shop listed on the referral record. Unless the parent's fax number is listed on the shop's profile, faxes would not be directed to the parent. In addition, faxes cannot be directed by making updates to the Web site database.
Q: Is it possible to have the faxes remit to the parent account?
A: It is possible to change the fax number on the shop's profile to the parent's fax number. Should you wish to modify your profile, please send your request by selecting option #8 from the CONTACT box, located in the upper right hand corner of the SGCNetwork.com Web page.
Q: I do not have a fax machine. Can work orders be issued via email?
A: Yes, we send work orders via email. Simply click on the Contact button and tell us to please send work orders via email in the comment section.
Q: Does SGC Network require that I return their work order in order to have an invoice processed and paid?
A: No. The work order is a courtesy document designed to provide a record of the necessary claim information to the glass service provider.
Q: What if a correction is made to a claim? Should I obtain a new work order?
A: Yes, if deemed necessary and possible.
Q: Is this feature available 24 hours a day?
A: No. The feature is generally available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. However, any time there is an interruption in service, the re-fax function may be inactive. Be aware that SGC servers are taken offline nightly for updating.
